People On the Move: Announcing KETTLER Mid-Year Promotions

KETTLER proudly announces the promotions of Adel Antoun, Alyson Bode, Jeffrey Williams, Michele Conway, and Richard Kieler.

Adel Antoun, CPA now serves as KETTLER Senior Vice President of Development Finance and Accounting. As Senior Vice President of Development Finance and Accounting, Adel will oversee multifamily and land development accounting operations, with added responsibilities centered around the full financial aspects of land development. In this role, Mr. Antoun will have a direct impact on projects with a focus on streamlining processes, in addition to enhancing automation and internal controls around financial management. These added responsibilities will allow his team to become immersed in KETTLER’s real estate business operations including, but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, sales, and financial transactions.

Alyson Bode now serves as KETTLER Vice President of Research and Data Strategy. As Vice President of Research and Data Strategy, Alyson Bode will pave the way for a new era at KETTLER with oversight of market research, data management, and business intelligence to gain a competitive advantage for the company’s future. Leveraging a wide array of sources for real estate information, Ms. Bode provides actionable insights that facilitate effective decision-making and lead to successful outcomes for the business.

Jeffrey Williams, PHR, MBA now serves as KETTLER Vice President of Human Resources. As Vice President of Human Resources, Jeffrey Williams will continue to lead the Human Resources functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee recognition learning and development performance management, and employee relations. Tasked with positioning KETTLER to be competitive in the industry as it relates to attracting and retaining talent, Mr. Williams will leverage data and insights to align milestones such as learning and development and compensation within the employee journey.

Michele Conway now serves as KETTLER Vice President, Legal Services, and will be leading the Legal Services team to include the ongoing development of the Legal Coordinator role and assuming all Closing activities for KETTLER.

Richard Kieler now serves as KETTLER Senior Vice President of Land Operations. As Senior Vice President of Land Operations, Richard Kieler will take on additional responsibilities of enhancing KETTLER’s Land Department reporting functions. With the high demand for KETTLER’s land portfolio and increasing timelines for project approvals, the need for detailed and sophisticated reporting is increasing. Mr. Kieler will be tasked with introducing new methods of monitoring and reporting to ensure that the organization is maximizing expected returns through operational excellence.
