Foster's Glen
This community development made up of 328 lots broke ground in February 2020 and will welcome 228 Townhomes and 100 Multifamily Units upon completion. 38 units within the community will be part of the ADU or WDU program.—2 nationally recognized builders constructing the homes. Foster’s Glen is a prime location that backs into Dulles Airport and nearby to the Innovation Center Metro Station on the Silver Line in the Virginia suburbs of the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. The community will also encompass Pedestrian improvements such as trails and sidewalks. This project will also entail making a Public Improvement to a neighboring road.
Rippon Landing
Located in Woodbridge, VA., Rippon Landing is a 11-acre community development that broke ground in February 2020. Rippon Landing is made up of 118 lots, planned for Two-Over-Two Condominiums, walking distance to the Woodbridge VRE Rippon Station.
Fredericksburg Park
Located in the City of Fredericksburg, this 40 acre project is a prime location that KETTLER acquired in March 2018. This community development is sectioned into 204 Lots that will be divided into 80 Single Family Detached Homes and 124 Townhomes. In addition to the 284 lot development, KETTLER is constructing a roundabout and widening Lafayette Boulevard to 4 lanes from the intersection of Alum Springs Road South to the intersection of St. Pail Street.
